Limited Liability Company "Freza" was established in 1992. The company's basic activity is the manufacture of dental tungsten carbide cutters (burs) for straight hand-pieces and cutter units intended for prosthetic dentistry when machining special alloys, various steels, ceramics, hard plastics, and super plasters.
   A wide variety of geometrical forms, sizes, and kinds of cutting surfaces ensure any types of dental operations. The raw materials suppliers are chosen very carefully. We use high-quality certified raw materials of leading European manufacturers – Sandvik (Sweden), SEKO (Sweden), Hartmetall AG carduro radiamant (Switzerland). Specially fine-dispersed hard alloy ensures the dense structure of the working portion and guarantees high efficiency and long service life when machining the materials. Colour-marking makes it easy to identify the purpose of the cutter.

The company’s specialists are constantly working to improve the quality, reliability and service life of products. The following advanced technologies are used:

heat treatment in vacuum;

precision machining of hard alloy on CNC machines;

spark erosion of skives;

special high-strength solder.

The company’s specialists work in close collaboration with Kazan State Technological University. Due to this, plasma-chemical technology of diffusion coatings has been implemented in production. The strengthened cutters have a greater surface resistance and work area hardness, which increases their wearing capacity and service life in 1.5-2 times.

Reliability, resistance to the sterilization process, greater functionality – all these qualities make our products attractive to the dental technicians and dentists.

Recently, interest in our products has been increasing in other areas of professional. Tungsten carbide cutters can also be used effectively to process glass, china, and natural stones in jewellery, in nail design – handling the gel and acrylic.

In April, 2011 our Company got the certificate of quality management system conformity. It certifies that our Quality Management System is in accordance with the requirements of ISO 13485:2003 in respect of design and development, production and sale the hard-alloy cutters for dental laboratory.

The production of the enterprise is in demand in Russia. It is also well sold to the CIS and foreign countries.
